Training
Allied Limousine has developed a comprehensive in house training course that thoroughly covers not only corporate and customer policies, but also safe driving and emergency procedures. All of Allied's driving staff is trained three ways; by locations they will service (NYC, Philadelphia, Northern New Jersey, Etc), services they will provide (corporate transport, weddings, proms, etc.) and the type of equipment (sedans, limousine, Suburbans or vans) they will operate.
During training, the new hire is constantly evaluated on such items as braking, turning, lane changes, signaling, appropriate speed and other critical areas that directly impact the safe operation of the vehicle. Any driver trainee, who, in the opinion of the training driver, continuously fails to operate the vehicle in a safe manor, will be dismissed.
